Duties :
- Answer and triage incoming phone calls, filtering out unsolicited or irrelevant enquiries
- Respond to web chat enquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately
- Draft, edit, and proofread written communications with a high level of attention to detail
- Create and update opportunities within the CRM
- Manage basic website content, including adding and removing products
- Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, rental cars, and product shipments to support the sales team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative support
- Maintain well-organized digital files and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements :
3+ years of previous experience in an administrative roleExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including spelling and grammarConfidence using CRM systems and basic website management toolsSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independentlyProfessional phone and web chat experience and etiquetteCompany Disclaimer : This is currently for an active job opportunity.
