Ability to work in a team environment with staff and parents. A base knowledge of differentiated instruction techniques. Effective organization skills and classroom management Ability to utilize technology as an instructional tool An ability to design and implement Individual Program Plans for special needs students A willingness to participate in the school community beyond the classroom An interest in teaching a wide variety of electives A commitment to continuous professional growth. A strong ability to connect and build relationships with high school students. Open to teaching a variety of elective classes that best suit the successful applicant.
