The Role As a Building Engineer, you’ll contribute to delivering exceptional engineering services and solutions that exceed client expectations. You’ll work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, gaining hands-on experience across multiple project phases and contributing to the firm’s reputation for professionalism and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Professionalism & Collaboration

• Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants, representing the firm with integrity and professionalism.

Technical & Project Support

• Assist in building evaluations, site investigations, and construction reviews.
• Contribute to project coordination and successful delivery of restoration and rehabilitation projects.
• Prepare technical reports, construction documents, and proposals.
• Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clear communication and alignment across all project stages.
• Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking functions as a professional ambassador of the firm.

Learning & Growth

• Develop your knowledge in building science, life cycle analysis, costing, and related disciplines.
• Share insights and lessons learned to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Restoration Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in French (written and spoken) required.
• Intermediate English proficiency to effectively collaborate and communicate with English-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a client-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Commitment to continuous learning, creative problem-solving, and contributing to a positive team culture.
