Responsibilities

• Develop critical software that engineers use to implement and analyze our algorithmic trading strategies.
• Build scalable and performant software using software engineering best practices.
• Facilitate discussions on code implementation, testing, and software architecture best practices.
• Collaborate with operation teams to ensure production systems are in optimal condition.
• Research the latest technologies to enhance our trading systems.
• Drive projects and lead new initiatives.
• Actively engage with others on the development team to resolve challenging design and coding issues.
