QA Process Analyst (Consultant):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a QA Process Analyst (Consultant) for a 5 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
QA Process Analyst (Consultant)- Job Description:
The role involves managing and tracking currency maintenance, requirement documentation, project delivery, risk/problem identification and remediation, security compliance, business as usual (BAU) support, process optimization, and roadmap alignment for Branch QA finances. This is a maternity leave cover position with a focus on maintaining the quality of deliverables and driving testing automation capabilities.
QA Process Analyst (Consultant) - Responsibilities:
• Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
• Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.
• Leads and implements core initiatives with complete test strategies.
• Oversees several test projects simultaneously and provides scheduling support to operations.
• Designs, develops, executes, and maintains testing strategies and plans to ensure stability and efficiency.
• Communicates the overall quality of a deliverable and ensures metrics are used to drive delivery and identify any areas of concern.
QA Process Analyst (Consultant)- Mandatory Skills:
• Have past working experience in managing finances in clarity/PPM.
• Primary metric - Customer Connect application knowledge and working experience.
• 10+ years of work experience in IT or business environment and/or B.S./B.A. in computer science, engineering, information systems, math, or business.
• Knowledge of the SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies, metrics, and automated testing frameworks.
• Problem-solving skills including the ability to troubleshoot and identify problem areas throughout testing.
• In-depth verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and manage with multiple PMs and finance teams on test estimations/finances/portfolio management/clarity related aspects/financial reconciliations.
