Performance Manager

Must-Have Qualifications :

• Experience :
• Strong background in supplier management, procurement, or manufacturing (not purely quality-focused).
• Aerospace experience highly beneficial; automotive or complex manufacturing acceptable.
• Prior experience managing multiple suppliers and leading cross-functional teams.
• Technical Knowledge :
• Familiarity with hydraulic systems and / or special processes (machining, coatings, heat treatment).
• Understanding of supply chain principles, capacity planning, and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of ISO / AS quality standards.
• Skills :
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Other Requirements :
• Ability to travel internationally (40%).
• Engineering background is a plus but not mandatory.
