Job description

In anticipation of future needs Robert Half is currently seeking Logistics Coordinators throughout the Calgary region.

As a Logistics Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to :

Coordinate customer orders and delivery schedules.
Work with customers to determine frack sand requirements.
Dispatch third-party truckers and track deliveries.
Ensure timely arrivals and resolve any issues.
Maintain communication with drivers, field staff, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations.
Manage relationships with vendors and customers to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare reports on deliveries, quality, and staffing.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience in dispatching / logistics, oilfield experience preferred.

Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.

Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED.

Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
