• Project Purchasing
• Act as the exclusive purchasing manager for all projects under his / her responsibility, in collaboration with the department manager
• Analyze recurring purchasing requirements for current projects.
• Place purchase orders for projects under his / her responsibility.
• Request information from suppliers with whom the Division has an agreement at all times.
• Modify purchase orders when they do not match invoicing, or contact the supplier to rectify the situation.
• Redirect project teams when a purchase requisition is subject to a subcontract (be a barrier to entry).
