What will you do?
- Exceed customer experience and sales expectations
- Deliver best-in-class service experience in a professional courteous manner to internal and external customers
- Manage incoming calls and assist our customers with their requests, providing the right solution for the customer to drive sales
- Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of Reliance’s Commercial value proposition, including products and services offered and the value they create
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and sales performance KPI’s
- Maintain expert-level knowledge on our products and services
- Communicate (verbal and written) with internal partners on applicable customer related interactions
- Communicate effectively interdepartmentally and cross-functionally
- Be a team player
- Maintain positive customer relationships in order to deliver outstanding customer experience and retain customers
- Resolve customer disputes and complaints within company guidelines, emphasizing on providing outstanding customer service
