Notre client est une entreprise internationale en forte croissance, leader dans son secteur, spécialisée dans la commercialisation d’expériences hôtelières innovantes.
Dans le cadre de son développement stratégique en Amérique du Nord, nous recrutons un(e) Account Manager basé(e) à Montréal.

Votre rôle

Vous serez responsable du développement et de la performance d’un portefeuille d’hôtels partenaires sur le marché nord-américain.

Véritable partenaire stratégique, vous accompagnerez vos clients dans l’optimisation de leurs revenus via un canal de distribution innovant.

Vos responsabilités

  • Gérer et développer un portefeuille stratégique d’hôtels partenaires
  • Négocier les offres, tarifs et disponibilités avec les décideurs (Directeurs d’hôtel, Revenue Managers)
  • Analyser les performances (réservations, revenus, KPIs) et formuler des recommandations concrètes
  • Réaliser des revues d’affaires et démontrer la valeur ajoutée du partenariat
  • Identifier et déployer des opportunités de croissance (nouvelles offres, solutions de paiement, projets spécifiques)
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (service client, marketing, data, développement commercial)
  • Assurer un reporting structuré et régulier
Profil recherché
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en Account Management, Revenue Management ou Distribution
  • Expérience dans l’hôtellerie, une OTA, une agence de voyage ou un groupe hôtelier (fort atout)
  • Bonne compréhension du marché hôtelier nord-américain
  • Anglais courant indispensable ainsi que le français*
  • Forte capacité d’analyse et aisance avec les données
  • ​​​Profil structuré, proactif, orienté résultats
  • Excellent sens relationnel et capacité à négocier
