Who are we looking for?

Our Engineering Design Organization is looking for a proactive go-getter with a can-do attitude who thrives on working collaboratively with various teams in an agile and fast-paced environment. As our Senior Electrical Drafter working out one of our GTA offices - Mississauga, Toronto, Markham or Whitby you will play an instrumental role on the Power & Lighting team , supporting design projects involving traffic signals systems, street lighting and power distribution systems.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in :

• Preparing designs for projects involving traffic signalization and street lighting systems
• Generating design drawings in MicroStation and AutoCAD environments
• Conducting site investigations and inspections
• Performing material take-offs
• Coordination with design team members
• Performing quality checks of design drawings
• Adhering to project budgets and timelines for deliverables
• Mentoring of junior staff
