Job description

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Mail Clerk III for their Vancouver, BC location.

Responsibilities :

Assist with the mail and filing room.
Scanning tax documents into client folders.
Reviewing tax notices of assessment for changes and filing in the client folder.
Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements :

Students in accounting, taxation, commerce / business administration or any of the professional accounting programs (CA / CMA / CGA / CPA) are preferred.

Proficient with CCH TaxPrep software, CRA's EFILE Online and Represent a Client system, an asset.

Experience in a professional tax services environment.

Strong computer skills, experience with MS Office and Adobe Professional.

Effective time management, organizational, and communication skills.
