Job Title

HR Specialist | Talent Acquisition | End to End Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.
• Customize Dynamics 365 modules and configure workflows, forms, and business rules.
• Build Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) and automate processes with Power Automate.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems via APIs and connectors.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI for data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and ensure application quality.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices for CI / CD using Azure DevOps.
• Support data migration and ensure data integrity.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
