Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Manager  to join the Domestic Tax team and own the following responsibilities :

  • Lead client engagement teams for diverse domestic tax projects and compliance
  • Provide industry expertise on Canadian tax concepts through client interactions and high-quality deliverables
  • Coordinate with tax authorities and prepare necessary forms for corporate reorganizations
  • Manage client portfolios, ensuring needs are met, relationships grow, and all tax related obligations are on track
  • Mentor team members for professional development, set clear expectations, and conduct performance reviews
  • Build positive client relationships, support engagements, and identify business and tax opportunities
  • Participate in business development, including identifying new opportunities with existing clients
  • Engage in staff training and invest in team professional development

  • Your experience and education

  • You have completed your CPA designation as well as the In-Depth Tax Program and / or Master’s in Tax
  • You have 7 10 years’ experience in public accounting with a specialization in Canadian Tax planning for a minimum of 5 years
  • You have extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal and trust tax planning and compliance
  • You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
  • You display strong problem solving, analytical, written and communication skills
  • Pay Range : 105,000 - 175,000 / annum
