What are your contributions to the team?

This role reports organizationally to the Director, Strategy, Performance & Digital AI and functionally to the Executive Vice President (EVP), Programs, Engineering Support and Supply Chain. You will get the chance to manage the team’s governance, support the annual strategic planning exercise and contribute to many strategic projects. You will have the opportunity to build an internal network of collaborators and strengthen strategic partnerships and therefore increase your knowledge and understanding of the different parts of the organization.

In your role, you will

Lead the Digital Innovation Office, overseeing digital initiative requests, building business cases and leading implementation with a cross-functional team responsible for : Determining, planning, coordinating, and supporting key governance activities at the EVP level

Supporting the overall strategic plan, including cross-functional coordination to meet strategic goals and objectives

Supporting special projects and business opportunities to help grow the different areas of the business
