A legal services provider in Ontario is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their Office of the General Counsel. The successful candidate will advise on TitlePLUS business initiatives and compliance obligations while drafting legal agreements and monitoring legal changes. Candidates should have over five years of experience in law, strong drafting and analytical skills, and be a licensed lawyer in Ontario. Diversity and inclusion are emphasized at the company.
