Business Analyst

Overview

The Data & Reporting Analyst supports business stakeholders by delivering accurate reporting, analysis, and insights to support decision-making and performance measurement.

About the Opportunity

• Produce and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business accountability and results tracking.

Review, scrub, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Analyze trends, variances, and performance metrics; interpret and communicate findings.

Design, build, and enhance dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).

Query and extract data from data warehouses using SQL.

Improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and data quality.

Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders.

Support onboarding of new data sources, programs, or initiatives.

Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting for special projects as needed.

Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, processes, and controls. About You

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL and data querying.

Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.

Experience with data preparation tools is an asset.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Pay Rate

$40.00 / Hour
