• Location : Fully remote role open to candidates across Canada, except Quebec. Candidates in the Vancouver, BC Lower Mainland may work remotely, on-site at our Surrey headquarters, or in a hybrid arrangement.
• Compensation : Annual base salary $162,400 to $184,800 CAD, plus eligibility for a profit‑sharing bonus. Final compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications.
• Additional requirements : Employment is subject to successful completion of reference checks and a Canadian criminal background check.

About the Role

As a Senior Software Development Manager, you will lead development teams working on core product features and enhancements, collaborating with Product Management, UX, and other technical stakeholders to align priorities, guide technical execution, and support high‑quality delivery.

You will provide mentorship, coaching, and growth opportunities for developers and team leads, handle team planning, hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback, and shape team culture while influencing best practices across the department.
