Role description :

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a passion for crafting innovative and inspiring workplace environments as well as expertise in commercial and other sectors. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects and collaborate with a dynamic team in a growing market.

As a Senior Interior Designer you will take ownership of projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision. You will engage directly with clients ensuring their vision is brought to life while delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate thrives in both independent and team settings demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Role accountabilities :

• Manage the interior design component of concurrent projects
• Lead the design and execution of workplace and commercial projects for all aspects of the delivery of projects including coordination of design production contract administration and financials
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs present creative solutions and ensure design excellence
• Manage projects independently ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met
• Be actively involved with consultants for procurement coordination and management
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities building client relationships and expanding our presence in the market
• Inspire mentor and support the local team fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture

The salary range for this position is $80000 to $10000. The base salary represents Arcadis hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as location skills experience and qualification for the role.
