We are currently seeking an InteriorDesigner Technologists to join the Vancouver Studio to lend their skills on upcoming fast-food restaurant projects.

Job Summary

The Interior Design Technologist supports thesuccessful delivery of interior design projects through the development ofdocumentation, modeling, and coordination efforts. This role is focused on thedevelopment of strong technical competencies and communication skills throughhands-on collaboration with interior designers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Documentation

• Assistin setting up project documentation, modeling, and specifications acrossall phases.
• Preparecomprehensive drawing packages for permit submissions and constructiondocumentation.
• Reviewdrawings for accuracy, constructability, consultant coordination, andcompliance with applicable codes and bylaws.
• Supportproduct research for interior materials, finishes, and systems.
• Assistin the preparation of project building code analyses.
