This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity, with an emphasis on collaborative support for the Solutions and Impact teams. The Coordinator will assist in the management and organization of data from both internal and external systems and contribute to the accurate collection and reporting of data to support project objectives. What You'll Do : Manage and organize data from multiple systems and databases to support project needs. Maintain data standards and definitions to ensure consistency across projects. Update and contribute to the creation of documentation for data standards, governance policies, and project-specific practices. Collaborate in creating instructional materials for data entry in Salesforce and data management processes. Support and monitor staff data collection efforts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established timeframes. Maintain data quality within Salesforce, ensuring that entries are accurate and aligned with project standards. Provide support for foundational Salesforce tasks, such as provisioning users, updating records, and running pre-configured reports. Design, distribute, and manage surveys using SurveyMonkey, ensuring data is collected efficiently and accurately. Collect relevant data, compile and share monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the project. What You Bring : Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Administration, Data Analytics or a related field is required. Minimum of 1 year of experience managing data from multiple systems is required. Basic to intermediate proficiency with data management systems, databases, and Microsoft Excel. Salesforce experience is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must have reliable internet access. Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and creating clear documentation.
