What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Complete food orders, inventory controls, and food rotationsPlan and coordinate menus with other members of the culinary teamOversee the preparation of all aspects of the culinary programSupervise the regular cleaning and upkeep of the kitchenRespond to special requests and dietary needs in an attentive and effective mannerWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Diploma or certificate in a culinary programRed Seal Chef, or equivalent, preferredFood Safe Certification5 years of culinary experience with varied exposure2+ years\' experience in menu planning and executionBackground in luxury hospitality or fine dining, preferredHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
