Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent Full valid driver’s license Clean drivers abstract (no more than 1 violation within last 3 years) Clean criminal background check Preference will be given to the candidates with minimum of one (1) year commercial driving experience within the last (3) years ( cube van, straight truck, step van / truck ) All candidates are required to pass interviews, criminal history check, & have clean driver's abstract no more than 1 traffic violation in the last 3 years in order to qualify for the role. We are a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground and we are looking for hard-working individuals to join our growing team.
Delivery Driver Responsibilities :
- Safe operation of a commercial vehicle in a wide variety of conditions.
- Completion of all assigned deliveries and managing pickups within a given time
- Use of hand held device to record all activity for the day.
- Maintain security of all packages and equipment assigned for the day.
- Ability to lift, bend, carry & load packages
- Organize and plan route using area map or route plan and navigation apps.
- Professional attitude and interact effectively with operation teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace be self motivated and work well on your own and as a team.
