Responsibilities

• Pipeline monitoring and stability : Monitor and analyze ongoing integration and deployment pipelines to proactively identify and resolve incidents; monitor performance indicators and provide regular analysis to the relevant teams.
• Internal customer satisfaction : Gather and analyze feedback from internal users to ensure their satisfaction and the continuous improvement of CI / CD processes; communicate clearly and regularly to internal customers the status of pipelines, current incidents and planned improvements.
• CI incident management : Coordinate a rapid response to pipeline incidents (MACTT); document recurring problems, analyze trends and propose concrete improvement actions.
• Continuous improvement and documentation : Identify opportunities to optimize pipeline efficiency and reliability through data analysis and user feedback (optimization of build and test times, etc.); develop and maintain clear documentation and user guides for CI / CD pipelines.
• Reporting and communication : Provide regular pipeline stability reports and analysis summaries to stakeholders.
