Responsibilities :
To work with multi-functional operations teams and business leadership to develop, execute and complete selected improvement projects.
- Act as a change agent to instill performance improvement culture throughout the organization and drive measurable business process improvement
- Own and manage AOE (TPM related platform) across the site, implementing priority pillars with greatest impact to business performance
- Work with multi-functional operations teams to develop, execute and complete selected improvement projects
- Provide management with regular project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on selected projects
- Work with finance and other members of the organization in assessing, tracking and reporting the financial benefit of performance improvement projects
- Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of process / productivity improvement and administrative efficiency that will lead to cost reduction and competitive advantage
- Train other team members on performance improvement methodology during project execution
- Train and coach employees at all levels through formalized training and informal coaching sessions
- Collaborate with other Performance Improvement Managers and stakeholders in the organization to share best practices and to maximize understanding and improvement efforts of performance improvements
