Job description
An organization in IT services is seeking an IT Customer Service Technician (On-Call) to provide support and maintenance in their computing environment. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving complex desktop issues and managing service requests. Candidates should have Grade 12 and a two-year community college computer systems program, along with at least 2 years of experience.
