Job descriptionAssist in the design and development of primary and secondary packaging for skincare products. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand vision and standards. Prepare dielines, mock-ups, and print-ready artwork files. Help conduct packaging quality checks to ensure accuracy in color, typography, and material finishes. Maintain organized records of design assets, packaging specs, and timelines. Keep our shared drive updated and organized for easy team access. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for packaging and product launches. 1–2 years of experience in packaging, graphic design, or product development (internship or entry-level experience welcome). Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with 3D rendering software is a plus but not required. Knowledge of print production processes, packaging materials, and dieline preparation. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passion for skincare, beauty, and design innovation. Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. About the Role :
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Packaging & Production Designer to join our growing skincare product development team. In this role, you will support the design, development, and execution of packaging solutions that reflect our brand identity while ensuring compliance and maintaining our quality standards. Working closely with senior designers and product developers, you will help bring innovative packaging concepts to life and ensure a seamless process from concept to launch.
