About the Role :

We are hiring an experienced 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic to service commercial and industrial HVAC / R systems across Windsor and surrounding areas. This role is hands-on, field-based, and focused on low-temperature refrigeration service for grocery, cold storage, food processing, and large commercial environments.

You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced refrigeration and HVAC systems, working with a well-established mechanical contractor known for excellent culture, technician support, and long-term stability.

What You’ll Do :

• Service and troubleshoot commercial / industrial refrigeration systems (freezers, walk-ins, rack systems, condensers, compressors)
• Perform HVAC service on RTUs, boilers, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Complete preventative maintenance, repairs, and retrofits
• Respond to emergency service calls (rotational on-call)
• Document work performed and communicate findings to customers
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements
