Once You Are Here, You Will :

• Maintain overall responsibility for technical resolutions as per the customer standards / requirements tensure the success of the project
• Understand that the essential importance of business and technical processes is interrelated for project success
• Daily activities include but not limited to :
• Understand customer requirements from BA and seek clarifications
• Ownership for resolution of Incidents, minor and standard changes for the respective technology tower
• Update PM on issues / roadblocks in adhering tthe timelines for tasks allocated All development should comply Salesforce.com recommended standards and avoid creating duplicate Fields, Objects, Validation, or any Configurations etc.
• Attend Meeting setup by PM and update the status of tasks allocated
