On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual E / F Design Researcher User Testing for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Bilingual E / F Design Researcher User Testing - Job Description :

This role involves working on the bank’s online banking app experience, specifically focusing on the "Payments" pillar. The project includes improving payment capabilities in the web app and collaborating with other channels to build a harmonious experience.

Bilingual E / F Design Researcher User Testing - Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with 3 squads of designers on the online team
• Help the team identify and define client needs via multiple research methods and tools
• Analyze the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities
• Facilitate workshops at various parts of the design process
• Work with the product team to map product strategy to client needs
• Propose and participate in user testing of designs
• Present work to the wider team
• Take and give feedback frequently
