What You’ll Be Doing :

• Design & Build : Get hands-on with innovative tools like hole openers and downhole drilling motors—your creations will be crucial to the success of our projects.
• Repair & Revive : Troubleshoot, repair, and restore equipment to peak condition. Every tool you fix plays a part in keeping operations running smoothly.
• Maintain Efficiency : Keep the shop and yard organized and tidy, ensuring tools and equipment are easily accessible and ready to go.
• Loading & Unloading : Help move and deliver tools, materials, and equipment as needed—an essential part of the operation.
• Collaborate & Communicate : Work closely with your team and supervisor, ensuring projects stay on track and everyone is working toward the same goal.
• Safety Focused : Complete safety training and adhere to all policies, ensuring you and your team stay safe while working with cutting-edge equipment.
• Hands-On Maintenance : Keep equipment in top shape with regular maintenance—your ability to quickly identify and fix issues will keep things running smoothly.
• Drive & Deliver : Occasionally, you’ll take the wheel of a pickup and trailer to transport equipment—helping the team move forward.
• On-Call Support : Join the on-call rotation to provide services when needed, ensuring operations continue smoothly around the clock.
• Take on New Challenges : Embrace new projects and tasks as they arise, always with a problem-solving mindset.

What We’re Looking For :
