Here's your opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer with multiple facilities across Canada and the United States!Our client, a recognized manufacturer with several facilities in Canada and the U.S., is seeking a Quality and Continuous Improvement Specialist to join their team on the South Shore.This role sits at the intersection of management, production, maintenance, and quality, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. The successful candidate will influence practices, provide recommendations, and defend their ideas on quality issues, while mobilizing teams around improvement projects.Responsibilities:- Monitor quality performance indicators and address deviations- Manage internal and client non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions- Analyze production data, rejects, and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities- Support the implementation and follow-up of standardized procedures and work instructions- Collaborate directly with floor teams to propose concrete adjustments- Conduct internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives- Communicate and engage teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of improvement projects.Profile:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering - non-negotiable (or recognized equivalent)- 3 to 7 years of significant experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, in quality or continuous improvement- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and methodologies- Ability to influence, persuade, and mobilize in a multidisciplinary environment- Strong MS Office skills and project management capabilities- Access to a car required (no public transportation available)Conditions and Benefits:- Interviews happening now - Position available starting January 2026- 100% on-site position on the South Shore, near Saint-Hubert- Flexible schedule: 37.5 hours/week (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)- Competitive salary ($80,000-$90,000, depending on experience and education)- 3 weeks of vacation plus paid holidays during the Christmas break- Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, life, disability, and travel insurance, Employee Assistance Program, cafeteria, and on-site parking- A stimulating and visible role with varied projects and real impact on the organizationPlease send your resume in Word format to Florence Thibeault-Boily at florence.thibeault@quantum.ca or contact us at 450 463-5317.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
