Responsibilities

• Rework and modify electrical components using tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, and heat guns.
• Perform light sheet metal tasks including drilling, manual hole punching, and riveting.
• Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies using impact drivers, torque‑controlled screwdrivers, and similar hand tools, ensuring alignment with engineering requirements.
• Conduct electrical and functional testing of assemblies while adhering to all safety and quality control procedures; identify, document and resolve any defects or nonconformities.
• Organize and route cables using techniques such as zip‑tying and heat‑shrinking for durability and neatness.
• Record production data, test outcomes, and assembly progress with attention to accuracy and traceability.
