Job descriptionDEC en architecture, génie civil ou expérience équivalente; 10 ans d'expérience dans l'estimation pour un entrepreneur général au Québec et / ou en Ontario (un atout); Expérience dans le secteur résidentiel et commercial; Maîtrise de la suite Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Project); Français et anglais (parlé et écrit); Esprit analytique, autonomie, rigueur et discrétion; Capacité à gérer le stress, travailler en équipe et respecter la confidentialité. Du lundi au vendredi - 40 heures par semaine; Salaire compétitif selon l'expérience + avantages sociaux. Le masculin est utilisé afin d’alléger le texte.

Vos responsabilités au quotidien
- Analyse des appels d’offres et préparation complète des soumissions;
- Assister aux visites des soumissionnaires;
- Effectuer la quantification des matériaux et de la main-d'œuvre;
- Mise à jour régulière de la banque de données des fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
