Within BRP, Global Manufacturing Operations (GMO) is undergoing a significant digital transformation aimed at enhancing the visibility, performance, and consistency of our operational excellence practices across all our sites in Canada, Mexico, the United States, and Finland.
In this approach, data is a crucial lever to drive continuous improvement and support informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
We are seeking a BI Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience who will play a key role in valuing and narrating operational data. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Planning and Operational Excellence and working closely with the Data and Analytics team, this individual will contribute to transforming manufacturing data into dynamic and visually impactful dashboards, supporting strategic and operational decision‑making across BRP's global network.
