Position Title : Millwright

Department : Maintenance

Location : Nobleford, AB

The Opportunity

Responsible for fabricating custom machinery and tooling, maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment and components, and assisting in manufacturing improvement projects. The main areas of focus include meeting production requirements, health & safety and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Fabricating and testing custom machinery and tooling to improve production or to facilitate new product releases
• Assembling, installing, and testing machines to make sure they are working correctly
• Assist with the layout and placement of equipment and machinery in factory settings to ensure minimum downtime
• Supporting our maintenance department in identifying and repairing problematic parts of a machine by running tests, making temporary repairs, or installing new parts
• Using machinery or equipment, such as forklifts, to move mechanical parts
• Must work in full compliance with the approved safety regulations
• Follow AGI’s Code of Business Ethics and related compliance policies
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
