Manager, Data Integration and Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned Manager, Data Integration & Transformation to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of enterprise-wide data solutions. This role will be responsible for building scalable data integration frameworks that enable reliable, high-quality data flow across cloud and analytics platforms. You will partner closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to modernize data architecture and support advanced analytics initiatives that drive strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in data integration, data architecture, and analytics environments
• Proven experience leading and developing teams of data engineers and analysts
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure Databricks
• Hands-on experience with modern data tools such as DBT and Microsoft Fabric
• Solid understanding of big data technologies and scalable data processing frameworks
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and best practices for analytics and reporting
• Experience applying machine learning and cluster analysis to support predictive insights
• Strong grasp of data governance, security, and data quality standards
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing vendor relationships and external partners
