Job description

Position : Customer Experience & Loyalty Program Assistant - Luxury Retail (Hybrid)Location : Downtown Montreal - Hybrid (1 day in-office / 4 days remote)Salary : up to $25 / hourSchedule : Monday to Friday - 9 AM to 4 PM (30 hrs / week)Job Type : 1-year contract - potential for extension or permanent roleAbout the Role : Are you detail-oriented, process-minded, and ready to take your administrative skills into a dynamic, client-focused environment? Join a prestigious luxury retail brand as a Customer Experience & Loyalty Program Assistant, supporting three high-end loyalty programs that serve major clients. You'll help manage inquiries, new requests, and sales data, all while working in a flexible hybrid schedule that gives you balance and autonomy.Why You'll Love This Role : - Flexible hybrid schedule : Only 1 day in-office, 4 days remote.- Prestigious luxury brand : Build experience in high-end retail operations.- Varied responsibilities : From client inquiries to sales data analysis, no two days are the same.- Supportive environment : Work with a professional, collaborative team that values your input.What You'll Do : - Serve as the primary point of contact for loyalty program members, handling inquiries about points redemption, order status, and purchase requests with professionalism and empathy.- Process new requests such as point balance verifications and order tracking.- Navigate multiple platforms to assess and resolve client requests efficiently.- Analyze sales data to support program reporting and internal teams.- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in every task, adapting to evolving processes and priorities.What We're Looking For : - Minimum 1+ year of experience in an administrative customer support role- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills- Comfortable working with multiple systems and platforms- Ability to thrive in a role where processes are evolving and require adaptability- Positive, professional attitude and strong team collaboration skillsOther Language Requirements : English- Level of Proficiency Required : Advanced- Reasons for Language Requirement : To communicate and support customers in other regions outside of Quebec- Frequency of Use : Daily (for various tasks)Why Apply : This is a unique opportunity to grow your career in luxury retail while developing strong administrative and operational expertise.
