Bilingual Customer Service Representative
We are looking for highly talented Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will serve as the first point of contact supporting client's requests.
The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively handling customer issues and inquiries while ensuring customer satisfaction is at the core of every decision.

i.e. email, telephone, video call, and chatGood interpersonal and communication skillsSuperior customer service skills and orientationCollaborative style neededAbility to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situationsStrong organizational skillsAbility to plan and manage work under time constraints, without direct supervisionThis position is located in Downtown, Ottawa, ON and is 100% ON-SITE and has a high possibility of offering permanent employment after an 11-week contract.
Expected hours : 37.5 per weekSchedule : 8-hour shift (rotation between 8 am and 8 pm)Monday to FridayNo weekends
