Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer who combines strategic vision with hands‑on delivery . This role will define and execute the strategy to establish our Power Apps low‑code / no‑code practice , implement governance, and drive adoption across the enterprise. Candidates must have deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, CoE), and SharePoint , and proven experience rolling out solutions at scale —not just conceptual knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution : Build and implement a roadmap for Power Apps and low‑code / no‑code adoption.
• Governance & CoE : Establish Power Platform Center of Excellence, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Solution Development : Design and deliver enterprise‑grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and M365 services.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Adoption Enablement : Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and communication programs.
• Performance & Security : Monitor and optimize reliability, security, and compliance across M365 ecosystem.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and proactively recommend enhancements.
