General Labourer

Integrated Staffing is hiring General Labourers to assist with demolition and restoration of fire, water, or smoke damaged structures in the Fredericton area. This role is ideal for physically fit, reliable individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in restoration and construction support.Key Responsibilities

• Perform demolition of fire, water, or smoke damaged structures
• Assist in the restoration and cleanup of affected buildings
• Load and unload debris and building materials safely
• Support restoration teams on-site as needed
• Follow instructions and work as part of a team to meet project goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Comply with all health and safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• CSA-approved steel-toed boots, hard hat, high-visibility vest, work gloves, and safety glasses (PPE required)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labor in challenging environments
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Flexibility with scheduling and short-notice assignments
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Some roles may require a clean criminal background check
• Previous restoration, construction, or demolition experience is an asset but not required

What We Offer

• Weekly pay through Integrated Staffing
• Pay: $17.00 – $19.00/hour (based on experience) + 4% vacation pay
