Category Manager – Material Handling

Brandt is experiencing continued growth and is seeking a Category Manager / Parts Marketing Manager specializing in Material Handling . This role is dedicated to supporting our Material Handling division —(forklifts, pallet jacks) and all associated parts, supplies, and accessories. This job opportunity is onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan.

You will be the strategic driver behind our Material Handling parts portfolio, ensuring we have the right parts, in the right place, at the right time . With industry knowledge as a strong asset, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders to build, optimize, and market a growing parts assortment that meets the needs of both our customers and our branches.

This position requires a blend of strategic planning, competitor intelligence, parts lifecycle understanding, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined execution. You will champion the division’s growth through exceptional portfolio management, vendor strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement a Material Handling Parts Strategy that supports sales and margin growth.
• Build and maintain the Annual Business Plan for parts and merchandise related product categories.
• Understand the existing portfolio and create a roadmap for future growth—including coverage analysis, gap identification, and SKU optimization.
