Purpose of the position
We are currently looking for a full-time doorman for our Haleco building in Montreal. Are you said to be a versatile person, focused on customer service and with a keen sense of organization?
You are the person we need! A member of the administrative and maintenance team, the doorman has the main function of ensuring the security of the building.
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
- Monitor the building at all times (tours of the building, check cameras, alarm panel, etc.)
- Respond to customer service requests
- Respond and assist with all administrative requests that his immediate superior may entrust to him
- Inform the immediate superior of the needs of the building (maintenance, service, etc.)
- Carry out minor maintenance interventions (open doors, change mailbox locks, change lights, etc.)
- Actively participate in various company committees - Know and apply company policies and procedures
- Collaborate or carry out any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas (keep the lobby, mail room and elevators clean)
- Knowledge of fire safety rules
- Removing snow and ice from sidewalks
- Clear or salt exterior entrances
- All other related tasks

Required qualifications :
- A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
