Responsibilities

• As a Senior Data Scientist with expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic solutions, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering advanced AI-driven products. You will contribute to the design and development of GenAI and LLM-based solutions while applying core data science skills, including statistics, machine learning, and problem-solving, to address complex challenges. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will help identify and prioritize high-impact use cases that drive business value. You will also lead innovation by experimenting with new architectures, prompt engineering techniques, and fine-tuning methods to optimize performance. Throughout your work, you will ensure that solutions are not only cutting-edge but also robust, scalable, and closely aligned with organizational needs.
• Develop and deploy data-driven models, including both classic ML and GenAI / LLM-based approaches.
• Participate or lead POCs and MVPs for GenAI / LLM-powered features such as RAG chatbots, agentic workflows, document parsing, etc.
• Design experiments, validate hypotheses, and apply statistical rigor to model and result evaluation.
• Write production-quality Python code and collaborate with data engineers on pipelines.
• Perform prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of GenAI solutions developed on Cloud Infrastructures such as Azure, Databricks etc.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI products.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in GenAI, ML, and AI productization.
