Rate of Pay: The salary grid rate for this position is based on QECO rating (A rating) and experience. Salary is prorated based on FTE and length of assignment. Long-Term Occasional (LTO) assignments are paid according to the Salary Grids found within the applicable Collective Agreement (KPRDSB & ETFO Occasional) under Appendix A (pages 78-79). The current grid rate is effective September 1 2025.

The Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board (KPR) offers a world-class education for approximately 35000 students in 87 schools. Qualifications Required

• French As A Second Language for Core French/French Immersion positions
• In Good Standing with the Ontario College of Teachers or;Good Standing with Terms Conditions or Limitations (Transitional Certificate).
• A police record check with a Vulnerable Sector Search and Pardoned Sexual Offenders Database Search dated within 6 months prior to the date of hire is a requirement for employment.

This long term occasional position is posted and filled in accordance with the Elementary Occasional Teachers Collective Agreement.
