En tant que responsable technique principal de programme, vous collaborerez avec les dirigeants des départements ingénierie, produits et conception afin de gérer les efforts visant à rendre nos produits plus fiables, plus sûrs et plus dignes de confiance pour nos clients. Vous dirigerez des programmes et des projets au sein de notre organisation de R&D comptant plus de 800 personnes réparties dans le monde entier. Vous jouerez le rôle de lien entre les équipes et veillerez à la bonne exécution des programmes. Une excellente collaboration et une communication efficace avec les autres équipes produit et les parties prenantes au sein du département R&D Construction et dans d’autres domaines de l’organisation seront essentielles à votre réussite. Vous devrez vous assurer que les dépendances sont bien comprises et gérées, et que les chevauchements détectés sont résolus dans l’ensemble de l’écosystème des produits de construction Autodesk.

Vous serez le point de contact central de nos centres d'excellence (COE) afin de les aider à adopter des normes et des pratiques organisationnelles qui améliorent le suivi, la collaboration entre les COE et l'efficacité organisationnelle. Vous travaillerez également avec l'organisation TPM pour aider à développer et à mettre en œuvre des processus qui contribuent à la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux, et vous itérerez pour améliorer continuellement notre façon de travailler ensemble.

Un excellent gestionnaire de programme sera très organisé, communicatif et soucieux du détail, et accordera une attention particulière au respect des délais et à l'efficacité à tous les niveaux de l'organisation. La capacité à susciter efficacement des réactions et des actions de la part d'un certain nombre de parties prenantes est essentielle à la réussite de ce poste.

Responsabilités

Diriger de manière proactive les programmes et les projets afin d'assurer leur réussite et leurs résultats, en tirant parti de son expertise en matière de planification de programmes et de coordination entre les équipes

Établir et tenir à jour les calendriers, les plans de projet et les outils de communication (tels que les rapports de tableau de bord et les documents visuels) afin de garantir que chacun travaille à partir des informations les plus récentes et les plus précises

Suivre et rendre compte des indicateurs de performance clés, en effectuant des audits réguliers du calendrier du projet et du suivi des tâches, et en veillant à l'exactitude des rapports à intervalles réguliers

Identifier de manière indépendante les risques et les obstacles liés au projet et rechercher de manière proactive des mesures d'atténuation et de correction

Identifier les décisions nécessaires pour faire avancer un projet, déterminer les décideurs et veiller à ce que les décisions soient prises et documentées

Assurer une collaboration efficace avec les équipes produit de la R&D Construction et de l’ensemble de l'organisation Autodesk, ainsi qu’au sein de l’équipe de gestion des programmes techniques

Établir et maintenir des liens solides avec les principales parties prenantes de toute l'entreprise

Posséder, contribuer et diffuser les meilleures pratiques et les normes en matière d’outils afin d’améliorer la productivité, la communication et la documentation au sein de l'organisation R&D, ainsi qu’avec vos collègues TPM

Encadrer les responsables du développement de produits afin qu'ils gèrent de manière indépendante les communications et les mises à jour des projets pour les efforts qui ne sont pas directement pris en charge par un TPM

Qualifications Minimales

Plus de 7 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets logiciels complexes impliquant plusieurs équipes

Vous avez une vaste expérience dans le développement de logiciels ; une expérience dans le soutien de grandes plateformes est un atout

Expérience des méthodologies, des cycles de vie et des pratiques de développement logiciel standard, et capacité à appliquer le cadre approprié pour répondre aux besoins d'une équipe donnée

Expérience avérée dans la livraison de projets avec des équipes à distance ou dispersées à l'échelle mondiale

Esprit d'équipe et sens de la diplomatie, avec la capacité de collaborer avec tous les rôles et tous les niveaux de l'organisation. Que ce soit dans une conversation ou dans un e-mail, vous communiquez de manière réfléchie et efficace

Expérience de travail avec Jira et Confluence

Position Overview

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you’ll work with leaders in engineering, product, and design to manage efforts that make our products more reliable, secure, and trustworthy to customers. You’ll lead programs and projects across our globally distributed 800+ person R&D organization, acting as the connective tissue that aligns teams and drives programs to successful completion. Excellent collaboration and communication with other product teams and stakeholders within Construction R&D and in other areas of the organization will be a critical part of your success to ensure that dependencies are understood and managed well, and any discovered overlaps are resolved across the Autodesk construction products ecosystem.

You’ll be a central point of contact for our Centers of Excellence (COEs) to help them adopt organizational standards and practices that improve tracking, cross-COE collaboration, and organizational efficiency. You’ll also work with the TPM org to help develop and implement processes that assist in delivering business objectives, and iterate to continually improve the way we work together.

A great program manager will be highly organized, communicative, and detail-oriented, with a sharp focus on on-time delivery and efficiency at all levels of the organization. Being able to effectively drive response and action from a number of stakeholders is crucial to the success of this role.

Responsibilities

Proactively lead programs and projects to ensure successful delivery / outcomes, leveraging expertise in program planning and cross-team coordination

Build and maintain timelines, project plans, and communication artifacts (such as dashboard reports and visual documents) to ensure that everyone operates from the most recent and accurate information

Track and report on key performance metrics – conducting regular audits of project schedule and task tracking, ensuring accurate reporting across regular cadences

Independently identify project risks and blockers and proactively seek out mitigation and remediation actions

Identify decisions required to move a project forward, determine the decision-makers, and ensure decisions are made and documented

Ensure effective collaboration with product teams across Construction R&D and the broader Autodesk organization, as well as within the Technical Program Management team

Build and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders from all around the company

Own, contribute, and socialize best practices and tooling standards to improve productivity, communication, and documentation across the R&D organization, as well as with your fellow TPMs

Coach product development leads to independently managing project communications and updates for efforts not directly supported by a TPM

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience managing complex software projects spanning multiple teams

You have an extensive background in software development; experience supporting large platforms is a plus

Experienced with standard software engineering methodologies, lifecycles, and development practices, and able to apply the appropriate framework to support a given team’s needs

Track record of successful project deliveries with teams that are either remote / or globally dispersed

Team player and diplomat with the ability to partner across all roles and levels of the organization. Whether it’s a conversation or an email, you communicate thoughtfully and effectively

Experience working with Jira and Confluence
