Accounts Payable Clerk

Responsibilities : Verification, coding, entry and payment of invoices; Reconciliation of purchase orders with invoices; Verification of suppliers account statements; Production of administrative documents; Maintain filing systems and archive documents; Accounting for credit cards and expense accounts; Perform any other related duties. Qualifications : Technical training in accounting or equivalent; Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; Knowledge of the software Avantage (or similar software); Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; French, spoken and written; Good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing, in order to be able to communicate with clients; Versatile, methodical and attention to detail; Honesty, discretion and respect of confidentiality rules.
