Your Future :

  • You will process and verify all customer orders - Work closely with customers; internal and 3rd party Logistics to ensure orders are serviced On-time and in full. Monitor and check orders to ensure compliance with Dr. Oetker and Customer agreed requirements (MOQ, Sailing Schedule and Lead-Times; Product availability; delivery times and dates).
  • You will communicate and discuss order availability issues with the Customer and Sales team, and manage the allocation of orders during periods of shortages.
  • You will deal with any order-related customer queries or Non-Conformances, including post-shipping issues (OS&D's) to ensure quality customer service and accurate credit & return processing.
  • You will investigate and analyse Customer fines / fill rates.
  • You will manage and resolve SAP IDOC Errors related to customer orders.
  • You will provide relief for Ambient Customer Service Specialist.
  • You will establish, maintain and develop EDI Trading Partner relationships with Customers (Ordering and Invoice).
  • You will provide general administration of all Customer Order related paperwork.

Your Strengths :

  • You possess post-secondary education credentials.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years' experience of Customer Service / Order Desk, preferably in a CPG environment.
  • You have working knowledge of SAP (ERP - WEP), along with Microsoft Office, including advanced knowledge of Excel. Must be proficient in the use of internet applications.
  • You have knowledge of EDI ordering and ability to diagnose and resolve EDI errors.
  • You are experienced in dealing with major Canadian and US Retailers.
  • You possess strong internal / external stakeholder customer service orientation.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented, and possess strong problem solving skills, conflict resolution and time management proficiency.
  • Must be a confident self-starter, able to prioritize and work within varying deadlines.
  • Must be collaborative in nature and supportive of a team environment.
