Main Duties:
1. Work closely with design and sales teams to ensure the proper flow of sampling to production.
2. Work with supplier for product development according to lead time in different stages: lab dip, fabric testing, production sample approval, fabric purchasing, production and sea/air freight shipping
3. Receive samples from supplier, pre-check on samples and sent samples to customers for approval, problem shooting in case of any unconformities in samples or delays in development
4. Coordination with suppliers about material planning, production planning, sea freight/air freight
5. Act as the “go to” person, keep clear and up to date records of what stage production is at for each item in work.

Criteria:
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience working for a clothing importer.
2. Strong communication and organizational skills, organized and able to work under strict deadlines.
