• Greet and check in clients warmly and professionally
• Confidently sell memberships upgrades gift cards and retail products
• Handle phone calls bookings and schedule adjustments with efficiency and accuracy using zenoti booking software
• De-escalate concerns confidently uphold policies and handle emotional clients with empathy and professionalism
• Connect with each client you interact with to build rapport and trust and learn how to best be of service to them
• Multi-task under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor
• Follow up with clients to encourage repeat visits and promote current offers
• Work closely with the spa team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales customer service or front desk role
• Experience in spa salon fitness or hospitality preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
